HappyPath provides a free online marketplace that helps you compare personal loan and debt consolidation options from participating lenders. Estimates shown on the site are for information only and are not offers of credit.

HappyPath does not make loans, make credit decisions, or guarantee approval, rates or terms. All loans are made by participating lenders, who set their own eligibility criteria and terms. Any agreement you enter into is between you and the lender. We may be compensated by lenders; see our Advertiser & Marketplace Disclosures.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your state), a U.S. resident, and legally able to enter into contracts to use our services. You agree that the information you provide is true, accurate and your own.

You agree not to:

• Provide false information or apply on behalf of someone else without authorization.
• Use the site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Scrape, copy, reverse-engineer or interfere with the site or its security.
• Transmit malware, spam or harmful content.

By requesting rates you authorize us and participating lenders to obtain your credit information via a soft inquiry, as described in our Privacy Policy. Lenders may perform a hard inquiry if you continue an application with them.

The HappyPath name, logo, site design, text and graphics are owned by HappyPath Financial or its licensors and protected by law. Lender names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification only. You may not use our content without written permission.

The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HappyPath is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any lender’s products, decisions or conduct.

Please contact support@happypathfi.com first so we can try to resolve any concern informally. If we can’t resolve it within 60 days, disputes will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, except that either party may bring an eligible claim in small claims court. You waive the right to participate in a class action. You may opt out of arbitration by emailing us within 30 days of first using the site.

We may update these terms and will post the new date above. These terms are governed by applicable U.S. federal law and the laws of the state in which HappyPath Financial is organized.
